GDPR Information Clause

1. The data controller is Bezstresowo Psychotherapy Center - Olesya Haiduk.

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• providing psychotherapy services,
• organizational contact,
• fulfilling accounting and legal obligations.

3. The basis for data processing is the Client's consent, contract performance, and the Controller's legal obligation.

4. Data is not transferred to third parties, except to entities authorized by law.

5. The Client has the right to access data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer it, and withdraw consent.

6. The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
