About Me
My name is Olesya Haiduk.
I am a psychotherapist in training at the International Transactional Analysis Association. I provide individual psychotherapy for women, group psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, as well as psychotherapy for couples.
I work with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, difficulties in defining identity and expressing emotions, depression, anxiety states, codependent relationships, low self-esteem, social difficulties, and traumatic experiences. I also fully support people from the LGBT+ community, providing them with a space based on acceptance, understanding, and professional support.
I specialize in the transactional analysis approach, which is based on helping clients become familiar with the patterns present in their own behavior and that of their environment, especially in communication, as well as the roles we take on in relationships. In my work, I adhere to the psychotherapist’s code of ethics and build a therapeutic space with clients founded on trust, a sense of safety, and acceptance.
In order to maintain the highest standards of my work, I continuously develop my skills by participating in numerous courses, conferences, and professional trainings. I work under the constant supervision of qualified supervisors.
My priority is always to provide clients with a safe and supportive space in which they can feel understood and accepted. In my work, I am guided by high ethical standards, full respect, and commitment. With passion and professionalism, I support individuals in improving their quality of life and in the process of coping with difficulties, both emotional and social. I warmly invite you to get in touch and begin a shared journey toward better well-being and mental health. I offer help by providing support tailored to individual needs.
